1. Oversized Implants:When patients opt for implants that are too large without considering their body proportions, it can lead to increased pain. Besides the potential danger, oversized implants might not look aesthetically pleasing and could pose a risk to the patient’s overall health, such as long-term back pain.

2. Aggressive Surgical Techniques: If the surgery is not performed correctly, inappropriate surgical instruments are used, or excessive force is applied during implant insertion, it can cause more pain after the surgery. To minimize post-operative pain, it’s essential for the surgery to be conducted smoothly and with great care. Therefore, selecting an experienced and skilled surgeon is crucial to ensuring a smooth surgical procedure and reducing post-operative discomfort to the minimum.
